01Who we are
Synerlytics, legally Synergy Analytics Corporation, started from a conviction earned over decades on the plant floor: no manufacturer should have to fight this hard for its own data. We are the engineers brought in when the data is a mess and the answers take weeks, the ones who wire together the controls, historians, batch systems and lab instruments that were never meant to share. encompass360 is what we built so the next team would not have to start from scratch.

02One product, three eras
encompass360 is the third era of a platform that has run production lines since the mid-2000s. Three brand names and years of continuous production later, it has held up under the regulatory scrutiny of life-sciences manufacturing.
The IQ-Series lineage: DCS data collection and DVT visualisation, with the VANGUARD MDA embedded variant. The first real attempt at one view over many floor systems.
BatchSAFE™ joins the platform. Electronic batch records, deeper historian integration, and the compliance backbone that FDA audits are staked on.
Re-founded under Synerlytics. The core is the same one that has run for years; the brand and the interface are what is new.
03What we know
encompass360 works because we have engineered nearly every layer it touches. The team has spent careers in controls, automation and data architecture across life-sciences and packaging lines, so we arrive understanding your plant instead of learning it on your time.
04Leadership
Thirty-plus years in life-sciences manufacturing, specialising in the layer most integrators give up on: connecting plant-floor systems to the enterprise. He has delivered dozens of large-scale automation and data-infrastructure projects across life sciences and packaging, and founded several companies built to simplify exactly this problem.
encompass360 is the distillation of that career: the tool he wished existed on every line he ever wired.
Binaya works from the Pacific Northwest, focused on life-sciences manufacturing and quality, and builds the MES side of the practice. He spends his time where adoption actually happens, with the quality and operations teams who run regulated production every day.
That is deliberately the whole list. A platform this specific is built by people who have stood on the line, and there is no advantage in implying otherwise.
05Track record
The reference deployment is a solid-dose production line in Guayama, Puerto Rico, that has run on this platform since 2005, through three brand eras and several changes of plant ownership. In 2023 the same site brought the team back to modernise the line for its next era: virtualisation, thin clients and Part 11 upgrades.
We do not publish customer names without written permission. Manufacturers in this industry generally do not permit it, and the ones that would are not a reason to put the ones that would not at risk. Under NDA, in a demo, the specifics are available, including what went wrong on a line and how it was found.
06Where we are
Synerlytics works where the product is made. The New Jersey headquarters anchors teams in the Pacific Northwest and across the pharma corridor of Puerto Rico.
